You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Prepare initial drafts of marketing materials.
- Review marketing deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Spec client deliverables and assign to appropriate team members.
- Prepare weekly client email updates
- Review project management reports, ensuring best practices are being followed.
- Serve as the point of contact for our production team, across several clients.
- Translate action items from meetings into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
- Develop SOPs and documentation.
- Update process templates to match current standards.
- Research for future marketing campaigns or questions that pop up from the production team.
- Work in tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace.
- Utilize AI tools efficiently to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Organize and maintain marketing and project assets in Google Drive, Frame, Markup, and other tools as necessary.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings, ensuring that agendas are prepared in advance.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for creating high quality design assets and billing time in our project management system for your work across different clients.
